I access Oura data (including sleep, activity, readiness, and heart rate) exclusively for personal data visualization and health trend analysis. If this data is used for research in the future, it will be anonymized and handled in accordance with ethical research guidelines.

All data retrieved from the Oura API is stored locally on my secured personal computer or private cloud storage. I do not sell, rent, or share personal health data with third parties.
